We have heard some of the stories that are reportedly being told about us by David Flude, Renee Dadswell, and Lisa Purchase, the brokers at Verico the Mortgage Station, and their allies W. Mark Squire, President and Chief Operating Officer, Verico Financial Group Inc. and Yvonne Ziomecki-Fisher, Executive Vice President Marketing and Sales of HomeEquity Bank. We say let the evidence show the truth.

We are not the ones who are hiding, nor are we afraid to present our evidence in a court of law.

People are, of course, free to believe who they wish, but when doing so, and considering that a mortgage is for many people the largest investment they will ever make, we ask only that they consider the character of those telling this story. In an email to a prospective new client, the final comments of which can be found below, David Flude described our Producer as 'a repeat serial agitator' and he claimed that 'He has been to court numerous times against neighbours, local politicians' and he was 'severely disgruntled' and was somehow 'trying to promote his own business'. The client was far from supportive of what she evidently saw as self-serving lies, as she metaphorically emasculated David Flude like a lioness taking down a gazelle on the Serengeti. None of these claims are true, most don't make sense, and not one word is supported by evidence.

These images were taken on the evening of Wednesday, April 3, 2024. They show our Producer working in the freezing rain and high winds to deliver warm meals to almost 100 men and women who are the victims of homelessness in our community. Due mostly to circumstances beyond their control, these people are forced to live on the streets or in makeshift encampments, where most other people choose to forget they exist. Does that sound like David Flude's report of a 'repeat serial agitator', or are these images more indicative of a true philanthropist?

Our Producer helps to deliver food to those in need three nights a week.

That works out to between 200 and 300 people being fed each week.

This hardly represents the 'serial agitator' described by David Flude.

The lies told by David Flude serve only to shield his own unethical actions.

If he will lie to new clients to cover for his own lack of ethics, what else is David Flude willing to lie about?

The brokers at Verico the Mortgage Station were hired on trust, but they were caught violating that confidence. As a result, they have all admitted to committing fraud by usury against a senior and veteran, (Renee Dadswell), (Lisa Purchase), (David Flude). Then, when he realised that he and his brokers were caught, David Flude lied six times in two emails (Email 1) (Email 2) to evade investigation by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA). Then, they all hid for 18 months to evade having to answer for their actions. Then, they somehow 'motivated' a detective of the local South Simcoe Police Service to omit key evidence and to falsify calculations so he could slip them a pass on an indictable offence that brings with it, upon conviction, a prison sentence of up to five years. Then, an anonymous issuer of ultimatums 'threatened' our Producer and specifically our twenty-something-year-old interns and apprentices with an unscrupulous Strategic Litigation Against Public Participation (SLAPP) lawsuit. That 'threat' was made through a lame, unsigned, anonymous, legally unsupported, do-it-yourself allegation of libel that we so fully debunked in just one email, that the clandestine correspondent claiming to represent the interests of the multi-million and multi-billion-dollar corporations lost the courage to file the claim in any court throughout the past almost ninety days.

If that doesn't show you who is telling the truth, maybe the lost client's closing comments will provide clarity.

“Mr. Flude. You truly must think people are stupid, and your explanation is insulting. After receiving your response I read everything Ironside posted about you and I watched all of his company's videos. His work is clean well produced and professional, unlike your accusations that appear vacuous unsupported and offensive to the intelligence of other people. If he was what you claim he would not be putting his name on his work, and you would have sued him a long time ago as he openly taunts you to do more times than I could count. I even went back to watch some of his other videos. The man has credentials from work all over the world and he was selected for an award for altruism in Barrie. nonetheless, you paint him as simply an agitator. You insult me sir as you do anybody to whom you tell that lie. You also fail to mention that those people he - agitated - all lost to his eviednce and several were convicted or fined as criminals. That means he was right, and it is why you will not fight him in court.. Have you watched any of the videos he has produced for the hundreds of charities that are not about your company? I doubt it, but I did. Not all 300 plus of them, but enough. He has worked with everybody from multiple mayors to the chiefs of police. That is one well-connected agitator. I once worked in the courts many years ago and clearly, your agitator is somebody who stands up as we all wish we could. I read through your cover story like you are stamped on tracing paper. As you can see I have copied this email in full to your agitator and i am granting Mr. Ironside my consent to use it as he wishes. I think he is doing a damned good job exposing you and your agents and I would even be happy to chat with him on camera. I am ever so glad I found his reporting about your business. I will also be asking if he can recommend an honest broker. Do not insult me again by trying to whitewash your actions. I will advise my friend of what I have learned and I doubt they will be coming to you for any renewals. i admit I have been angered by your deceptive response as i do not like being lied to.
