Loan Shark Denial Only In Simcoe County
The question has been asked why are we so diligently pursuing David Flude, Renee Dadswell, and Lisa Purchase, the brokers at Verico the Mortgage Station, and their allies W. Mark Squire, President and Chief Operating Officer, Verico Financial Group Inc. and Yvonne Ziomecki-Fisher, Executive Vice President Marketing and Sales of HomeEquity Bank for committing the crime of loan sharking, turning a blind eye to the criminal abuse of a client who is a senior and veteran, or then trying to cover it up, especially as the outstanding amount from the crime is not a high dollar value.
We think that if you understand ethics,
the first reason should be obvious to everybody.
The second reason is we have managed to secure a budget from various sources, which became much easier to do after we exposed the crimes to the competitors of not only Verico the Mortgage Station but also Verico Financial Group Inc. and HomeEquity Bank.
How is that scumbag any different than Renee Dadswell, who charged 198% interest on a short-term loan to a philanthropic client?
Social and financial bloodsuckers, like the brokers at Verico the Mortgage Station who committed usury, also known as loan sharking, rely on their ability to defraud people who do not have their wealth, their influence, their ability to 'motivate' support from officials like police officers, or their ability to intimidate those they cheat through their criminal activities.
We must expose these parasites who bleed off the hard work of honest people, or nothing will stop them.
Rachel Maddow is a very well-researched journalist and presenter of facts on MSNBC. As it happens, this report came up today on our Producer 's feed. In her report, Rachel Maddow discusses a loan shark car dealer who became a billionaire by charging usury rates on both car and business loans. In his case, he charged a restaurant 268% interest on a business loan. How is that scumbag any different than Renee Dadswell, who charged 198% interest on a short-term loan to a philanthropic client whom another broker, Lisa Purchase, lined up for the scam by taking nine weeks to fulfil a mortgage she promised would take no more than three weeks to complete?
That is called "setting up the mark" and it is so obvious in this case that it might well have come out of a poorly written movie about grifting.
In the United States, the Department of Justice investigated and prosecuted the loan shark. Meanwhile, in Simcoe County, the South Simcoe Police Service refused to investigate. Then they brushed off the allegations until our Producer looped in the Innisfil Mayor and Council. Then they insulted the victim for not being affluent when he dedicates so much of his time and resources to helping those in need that in 2020, at the peak of the pandemic, he and his crew were nominated and voted to the highest levels for an award for altruism that was presented by the City of Barrie and the Barrie Chamber of Commerce. Finally, the supposedly 'expert' detective, who did not know the difference between interest and percentage, omitted key financial evidence, including a bank statement and the mortgage funds disbursement record that was created by the brokers at Verico the Mortgage Station. He also falsified calculations using the wrong formulas so they could slide a pass to the multi-million-dollar brokers and their multi-million and multi-billion-dollar allies.
It is rare for us to bolster the United States over our country, but in this case, they understand the concept of law and decency, while our officials troll in service to those who can 'motivate' their interests.
