Going National with Expose Documentary About Loan Sharking at Verico the Mortgage Station
The borderline criminal attitude demonstrated so far by Katherine Dudtschak, the supposedly ethical new CEO and President of HomeEquity Bank, as demonstrated by her decision to perpetuate a policy of protection for the loan sharks of Verico the Mortgage Station, has inspired us to take this story across Canada.
That is, after all, where our documentary will be seen on broadcast television and streaming services.
Nobody with the courage to identify themselves has denied our evidence, which proves the brokers of Verico the Mortgage Station defrauded a senior, veteran, and philanthropist who was signing up for a CHIP Reverse Mortgage that was being sold on behalf of HomeEquity Bank. In fact, neither has ever replied to our allegations or irrefutable evidence. On their website, the HomeEquity Bank claims to have a thorough process of investigating complaints, but when this truth came to light, that a licensed broker had committed the indictable offence of loan sharking, which carries upon conviction a prison sentence of up to five years, they metaphorically locked the doors, shuttered the windows, and hid under their desks.
Innocent people do not hide and evade responsibility for more than two years, and multi-million and multi-billion-dollar corporations do not fear a small, not-for-profit, social enterprise, community media service.
All they have done is hide and cover for each other, and seniors in Canada deserve better.
We had hoped that with the introduction of Katherine Dudtschak, the corporate climate would have changed to reflect the person she projects herself to be. However, instead of showing the slightest concern about the criminal behaviour of those who serve her corporation, which targets only potentially vulnerable seniors, she has chosen instead to lock step with established policies, and simply rejoin the old boy's club.
For somebody who openly brags about how she worked hard and made sacrifices to establish her true self, Katherine Dudtschak certainly knuckled under quickly . . . or is she revealing her true self?
Our desire has always been to warn potentially vulnerable seniors about the risk of loan sharking when dealing with brokerages working under the flag of Verico Financial Group Inc. and to educate them about the negligent attitude of the HomeEquity Bank. So, this weekend we will be producing a series of short videos that we will boost next week across various platforms of social media targeting the most densely populated regions of our country. Those areas will include Toronto (Pop. 2,930,000), Montreal (Pop. 1,780,000), Vancouver (Pop. 675,218), Winnipeg (Pop. 749,550), Calgary (Pop. 1,400,000), and Edmonton (Pop. 981,280). We will also be using new tools to share the content to as many online seniors' boards and groups as is possible, through which we will reach many thousands more potential victims of fraud and deception.
The purpose of the short marketing videos, which will be formatted both horizontally and vertically, will be to attract more people to view this website, and to review the allegations and evidence that have never been challenged in court, nor refuted by any identifiable person from any of these three corrupt corporations.
