  1. Our articles have been online throughout the time shown above; however, we have not received a single challenge to our fully-supported alllegations.
  2. All three brokers who are key to this documentary, David Flude, Lisa Purchase, and Renee Dadswell, have admitted in writing to our allegations.
  3. We have made multiple offers for the brokers of Verico the Mortgage Station and their various corporate allies to explain their side of the story.
  4. Despite our multiple offers of détente, not a single representatives of any of these multi-million and multi-billon dollar companies has stepped up.
  5. We have offerred to cancel this documentary, and to delete all articles and videos, if any of the accused can disprove our claims on camera using evidence.
  6. So far, none of them have shown the courage to stand up and disprove our claims, meaning all of our allegations remain 100 per cent uncontested.
  7. These purportedly 'legitimate' companies, who secretly lie to their clients about us, appear so afraid of our evidence they will not challenge our allegations.
  8. If we were not factual in our reporting, any of those corporations could have attained a cease and desist order or other injunctive relief against us.
  9. Instead, all these wealthy corporations seem willing or able to do is hide in the dark and hope that their clients do not learn the truth.
  10. So far, 97% of comments made online or through emails, direct messaging, etc. have been supportive of our exposure of these criminal acts.
  11. The South Simcoe Police Service is subject to pending investigation after omitting evidence and falsify figures to help the wealthy brokers.
  12. The Producer is 35-year media veteran who has worked as an international television news in places like Bosnia and the Middle East, and as the Deputy Editor of a national European newspaper owned by the Washington Times.
  13. The Producer has also passed on that knowledge and experience by teaching at three community and private colleges in Ontario and British Columbia.

The Producer and crew of this exposé documentary represent a not-for-profit community channel that since 2014 has donated more than $700,000.00 worth of services to more than 185 local charities, not-for-profits, benevolent special interests groups, and the towns and villages of Simcoe County.

Spreading the Truth About Loan Sharks - The More the Merrier – Verico the Mortgage Station

It was only three days ago, on April 17, 2024, that we posted here, on the Latest News page, how we had joined forces with hundreds of other independent media outlets in Canada and around the world through a media sharing agreement that could be customised by filtering whatever the specific news producer or repeater bureau wanted to share with their audience. In our case, we chose Canada, the United States, Financial Services, Mortgages, Crime, Unions, Labour Movement, Government, Corruption, and Activism.

We also posted how the service provided optimisation tools for videos on services like YouTube.

We were quite surprised last night to be advised by our AI-driven online analysis tools that our videos on YouTube had suddenly jumped in rank quite dramatically, and also with regards to searches for ‘Verico the Mortgage Station’ and other keywords and phrases. On Thursday, when we first experimented with the tools, we ranked below the posts for the Loan Sharks of Lefroy, as either they have been posting anywhere and everywhere, or they have hired an SEO consultant, or both.

Last night, our videos jumped to top positions at two, four, and five, second only to their paid advertising.

We will now be using those same promotional tools to automatically copy our existing playlist of videos from YouTube and then share them on new accounts on every respectable YouTube-like online video and media sharing tool available. Immediately, we are reviewing Vimeo, DTube, Dailymotion, Vevo, Twitch, TED, PeerTube, BitChute, LBRY (Odysee), MediaGoblin, Veoh, and even Crackle which is currently only available in the United States, unless you are using a proxy server. However, we are considering others under the umbrella 'the more the merrier.'

We are also considering purchasing several additional domains, to be hosted in different geographic regions across Canada, on which we will share the content of our existing website in full, and we will update and upload on masse each time we add content. Search Engine coding for Google is becoming a science of cartography as much as coding, since it is linking websites based as much on geography as content. That way, shoe stores in Calgary rank higher for people living in that city than do 'competitors' in Toronto.

Currently, as is the case with most websites, we are seen and visited much more regionally, mostly by people living and working in Simcoe County and Toronto rather than on the east or west coasts.

By hosting our content on severs in different geographic regions, and through the help of our anonymous online SEO promotions guru, we will reach many more people in different regions. This is not being considered so much with regards to Verico the Mortgage Station, as they serve only a small area of Central Ontario. However, the management team at the multi-million-dollar Verico Financial Group Inc. and their multi-billion-dollar allies at HomeEquity Bank promote their products and services across the country. In our short article dated April 06, 2024, posted on this Latest News page, the head of a natonal activist group against homelessness and falsely manufactured poverty who now wants to protest outside the offices of Verico the Mortgage Station, Verico Financial Group Inc., and HomeEquity Bank noted "I know your focus is the brokers who defrauded you but we are more interested in the head office of Varico and the Equity bank that ignored your complaint."

They do this through a network of independent brokers who invest a lot of money to become licensed through Verico Financial Group Inc., and they sell the products of HomeEquity Bank to potentially vulnerable seniors.

In our opinion, every Canadian, and especially vulnerable seniors, has the right to know the risks of doing business with these corporations whose representatives did NOTHING to quell the illegal actions of Renee Dadswell, who admitted to committing the indictable offence of usury or loan sharking, and Lisa Purchase, who set up the mark to make the illegal loan necessary. They also did NOTHING to investigate David Flude and his brokers, nor anything to quell the collective enthusiasm of the brokers at Verico the Mortgage Station who in multiple ways violated the 'regulatory requirements' of their government oversight the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) that was put in place to protect the public from unscroupulous financial 'professionals' like those at Verico the Mortgage Station.

David Flude, his brokers, and their allies can hide for as long as they want, but this story is only getting bigger as they wallow in denial and refuse to challenge our fully supported allegations of criminal and ethical abuses.
