Downtime Just A Glitch In The Matrix
Thank you to those who notified us on Sunday, October 28, 2024, that our domain was not accessible.
Don't worry, we are not going anywhere until the loan sharks who swindle seniors, and those who collaborated to cover for them, are held accountable.
The downtime was caused by a glitch in the system, when our payment for yearly renewal of the domain did not end up where it should have. We could have fixed it immediately, but we were busy donating our time and resources to limit the pain and suffering of those who are forced by greed and social indifference to live unsheltered. Besides, we have ten new domains going online, so no great loss.
First, we collected coats, gloves, mitts, hats, boots, shoes, sleeping bags, duvets, tents, and other necessities of survival and organized the donations. Then we made dozens of sandwiches to be distributed to people in encampments and on the street, along with donated pastries, juice boxes and other sundries. Finally, we loaded the van and drove out to distribute the sustenance and supplies to very appreciative fellow human beings.
Why do we mention this? Well, we have heard some of the defamatory statements and claims being relayed about us by those who have lacked the courage required to contest our exposure of their criminal and ethical abuses of trust, and we just want to be clear about who we, and they, really are.
Truth, evidence, and accountability are what separates us from them, as we are not hiding behind anonymity, nor are we in any way intimidated by the prospect of presenting our evidence in a court of law.
People can see the truth, that we are not the 'serial agitators' that David Flude made up to convince a potential new client to hire him so he could collect a commission of about $8,000.00 on her mortgage. In truth, as can be seen by all, Five Points Media is a not-for-profit, social enterprise, media service that has donated more than $700,000.00 in skilled labour and production facilities to our community by providing, free of charge, at least 350 videos to more than 180 charities, not-for-profits, and benevolent community groups. That led, in 2020, to our team being nominated and voted to the highest levels for an award for altruism that was presented by the City of Barrie and the Barrie Chamber of Commerce. We also have a hard-earned reputation for taking on corruption and assisting average Canadians who cannot fight the wealthy to secure their rights.
Our renewal of this domain should tell the brokers of Verico the Mortgage Station and their collaborators at Verico Financial Group Inc. and HomeEquity Bank that they can hide if they wish, but we are not going away.
All we have ever asked of any of those corporations is an interview, during which their President and CEO could debunk our claims with tangible evidence, but none of them have even replied to our multiple offers. That speaks volumes to our readers about the character of those telling this story, and that of the directors of these 'ethical and trustworthy financial professionals' who will not defend their own reputations or that of their corporation. On one side you have a team that is dedicated to their community in which they actively help and support every benevolent group that comes to them for assistance. On the other, you have trusted brokers who have all admitted to committing fraud by usury against a senior and veteran, then lied six times in two emails (1) (2) to evade investigation by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), then hid for 18 months to evade having to answer for their actions, then 'motivated' an officer of the local South Simcoe Police Service to omit evidence and falsify calculations, and then 'threatened' our producer and specifically our twenty-something-year-old interns and apprentices with an unscrupulous Strategic Litigation Against Public Participation (SLAPP) lawsuit through a lame, legally unsupported, do-it-yourself allegation of libel that we so fully debunked by a single email, that the anonymous writer representing the interests of the multi-million and multi-billion-dollar corporations lost the courage to file the claim in any court throughout the past two hundred and ninety-six days..
It is little wonder that Verico the Mortgage station is so defeated they are converting offices to apartments, losing staff on a near weekly basis, and are now being forced to sell their newly built customized offices, while HomeEquity Bank is being denied approximately $78 million a year in lost opportunity due to our exposure.
