AI Is Now a Major Tool in Our Quest to Expose Mortgage Loan Sharks and a Corrupt Bank
As we have noted in past articles, we have dabbled in AI technology, especially when producing original custom art. However, we have not used it for much more. During the past few weeks, as we have worked on the story of ethical abuses and corruption in the office of the mayor in Barrie, we have started using it more for research and writing.
Our claims and evidence have never been challenged.
We started with ChatGPT, which is a nice little interface for creativity. However, as our needs grew, we started looking at other options, and while ChatGPT can be compared to a nice little family car, we discovered we could sign up for services provided by metaphorical monster trucks and Ferraris.
The power of some of the AI interfaces is frankly off the charts, and we have spent a lot of time learning how to make them work for us most effectively.
We will start by noting how we can now graft the actual faces of our subjects onto the art we create about their criminal and ethical abuses of trust. They are not perfect, but with a couple of samples each, the AI renders a pretty good likeness.

The facial accuracy of this image is based on one photo each of David Flude, Renee Dadswell, Lisa Purchase, Katherine Dudtschak, W. Mark Squire, and Jo Taylor.
Currently, we have AI looking for images of David Flude, Renee Dadswell, Lisa Purchase, Katherine Dudtschak, Yvonne Ziomecki-Fisher (not in this picture), W. Mark Squire, and Jo Taylor so we can create better likenesses. In our opinion, those who defraud senior and veteran clientele by usury, or loan sharking, and those who protect them, such as by 'motivating' a young detective to omit evidence and deliberately fudge the figures of an investigation so they can evade responsibility, deserve to be recognized in the produce aisle of their local supermarket.
Mortgage brokers and bankers need to be seen as open and trustworthy, so it is not taking long for 'our little engine that could' to find photos of these "ethical professionals" for cross referencing and comparison.
The ability to personalize custom art is a nice bonus, but the real power of the AI interface is its ability to do research by skimming hundreds of websites, document depositories, social media, and chat rooms. We have been dabbling for weeks, as time has permitted, trying to collect a full list of mortgage brokers across Canada who sell the CHIP Reverse Mortgage for HomeEquity Bank. This morning, we input into the AI engine "Please provide me with a list of all mortgage brokers and brokerages in Canada that sell the CHIP Reverse Mortgage sold by the HomeEquity Bank". Then we hit 'deep research' and less than ten minutes later we had a full and complete list, including all contact info, sorted by location, ready to use, in the columns of an Excel spreadsheet. Then we did the same for all media across Canada, and later we will ask it to research and filter all Federal and Provincial legislators and relevant government agencies of all levels.
Not only did the AI interface provide available fully public information, it also dug into the back pages of some websites that were not secured or encrypted, but which are not openly accessible to scrutiny.
The AI interface can also write stories based on the facts provided and through the use of its own research; although we will not likely use that particular feature other than as a tool of reference. However, in two recent stories, both posted yesterday, we referred to journalist Rachel Maddow and also Conservative MP John Brassard for Barrie-Innisfil, and we let the AI write the synopses that is included under each relevant graphic.
That ability to research and write a fact based abstract in only a few seconds is a true time saver.
As importantly, our new AI ally is a wizard at analysing our website coding, including how to enhance and improve our search engine optimization; not only on the website but also on our various videos on YouTube. This is especially important when considering how the loan sharking brokers of Verico the Mortgage Station, and/or one of their corrupt corporate collaborators at Verico Financial Group Inc. and/or HomeEquity Bank have worked so hard and invested so much recently trying to censor the truth and evidence of our reporting, which they lack the courage to challenge in court.
Although they threatened abusive civil action, and then backed off when confronted with the facts, none of the directors of any of the involved companies have shown the courage to challenge our evidence in a court of law.
The AI abilities also extend to social media, as the clever coding can post our content on multiple platforms and various accounts in a matter of seconds, and also monitor the traffic and responses to create a report of suggested improvements for the next post. That means we can reach thousands of people in special interest groups, such as those dedicated to seniors or veterans, as well as those in the general public who might be caring for an elder. Everybody has the right to know the truth about the criminal and ethical abuses of the loan sharking brokers of Verico the Mortgage Station, and how the provincially licensed corporate collaborators at Verico Financial Group Inc. and HomeEquity Bank have assisted them to defraud senior and veteran clientele. If that is not enough to promote interest, the AI interface can also generate as many inbound links as are desired to improve the SEO of the website, which will remain the primary focus of our exposure.
It is evident that one or more of these corrupt corporations invested heavily in delisting our website from the search engines, but now they have to face the facts on six separate fronts, which will be impossible to silence.
The learning curve for accessing the full services of the AI interface has been a bit of a challenge, but we have dedicated the time, and through the use of this powerful tool of technology, we can now reach many more people across the country who might otherwise fall victim to the loan sharking and potential other forms of fraud being targeted at seniors and veterans that are clearly acceptable to and protected by HomeEquity Bank. Again, we invite the loan sharking brokers of Verico the Mortgage Station, and their allies at Verico Financial Group Inc. and HomeEquity Bank to sit down with us on camera and refute our evidence for all to see. This will be the fifth or sixth time we have made this offer, to which we have received no reply. As much as the directors of Verico the Mortgage Station, Verico Financial Group Inc. and HomeEquity Bank might need to hide, conceal, and try to silence our reporting, we want the truth to be out there for all of their potential clients to see, so they too do not become the victim of fraud.
