Visits by 'Swedish' YouTuber and County of Simcoe Each Tell A Tale
This short snippet of some visits yesterday provides insight into how different this situation is now than a few months ago. They also say something about how our exposure is affecting those who are being exposed for loan sharking seniors through a provincially licensed mortgage brokerage. We freely admit that we omitted other visits that occurred during this time period, as these are the only ones we wanted to talk about.
We have the right to withhold details until we release the documentary to all potential victims in Canada.
The first visitor, supposedly from 'Sweden' but in truth hiding behind a proxy server, came first at 10:55 am, and visited only the story "Going National with expose Documentary About Loan Sharking at Verico the Mortgage Station". What caught our eye is that they came to the website via YouTube, where we never though such a short promo animation would draw this kind of attention.
Then it got interesting as that visitor invited friends.
That visitor returned two hours later, and then three hours after that we were visited on that same page by three other visitors, one claiming to be in London England, another pretending to be in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam, and a third claiming to be in San Francisco, California.
At first, we thought these visitors were all the same person playing with proxy server settings, but then we noticed their operating systems, browsers, and screen resolutions were each different and unique.
In that article of apparent great interest, we noted our plan to share and boost videos to hundreds of thousands of people in the six largest populations centres. Our initial plan was to do it in August. However, since then, we have posted that due to various reasons, mostly weather which significantly influences how many people are on social media, we are putting that plan back a month, to mid September or as late as October 1st. Similarly, protests planned for the offices of the loan sharking brokers of Verico the Mortgage Station and their collaborators at Verico Financial Group Inc. and HomeEquity Bank have been set back to after summer, when more people are home, and the climate is more appealing.
Our goal is to warn as many people as possible about the negligence and denial demonstrated by Verico Financial Group Inc. and HomeEquity Bank, so by waiting we get the most bang possible for our buck.
The other interesting visitor is the 'Corporation of the County of Simcoe' who just popped in on our Index page and hung around for a spell. They read the overview and went away, apparently satisfied with what they learned. They know who we are, that we are an established legitimate media service that has worked within Simcoe County for more than ten years, which has worked with a variety of agencies that are normally closed to the public, including projects involving the Mayors of both Innisfil and Barrie, a variety of emergency services, and Base Borden.
That is a lot of trust earned by a Producer who David Flude described to a potential client as a 'serial agitator'.
They also know our reputation for fighting for those in need, that we have exposed corrupt politicians and abusive police officers, and that we have made public otherwise unknown abuses by criminal landlords, including a slumlord who threatened to sue us through a reprehensible Strategic Litigation Against Public Participation (SLAPP) lawsuit if we did not stop exposing how a disabled man died due to negligence in a frozen summer trailer that had no insulation and only a grossly inadequate 110 volt heater. They also know that our Producer defeated nine lawyers from three Bay Street law firms in the Superior Court, without the assistance of counsel, and that we have quelled the abuses of court by a long-time vexatious litigant.
Simply put, if they were visiting due to pressure from the multi-million and multi-billion-dollar corporations, it certainly appears the answer was far more likely 'hell no!' than 'how can I help you?'
This would come as little surprise, as most politicians and staff at the Simcoe County Administration Centre know about the two videos we have produced about how detectives of the South Simcoe Police Service omitted key evidence from their 'investigation' of the loan sharks of Lefroy at Verico the Mortgage Station and also manufactured false figures so they could provide the multi-million-dollar brokers with a 'Get Out of Jail Free' card regarding the indictable offence of usury, or loan sharking, that carries with it upon conviction a term of incarceration of up to five years in prison.
The police were very accommodating to a multi-million-dollar corporation that has friends worth several billion dollars, who are an asset of an international mega-conglomerate worth a quarter-of-a-trillion-dollars.
Simcoe County is also fully aware that we posted a video entitled "Simcoe County Council Showing "Zero F#Cks Given About Local Loan Sharks Defrauding Seniors" in which we expressed concern about how County Councillors had unilaterally and unanimously, as if working under instruction, ignored completely a letter sent to them by our Producer, who is know to many of them. In his correspondence, our Producer expressed concern regarding how the detectives of the South Simcoe Police Service appeared 'motivated' to help the loan sharks by omitting evidence and falsifying figures. He also included details about our documentary and this website, which has been viewed by more Simcoe County residents than we can count. It was almost like the County Councillors had also been 'motivated' to ignore the criminal activity of the loan sharks of Lefroy at Verico the Mortgage Station.
The possible reason for their silence is educated speculation, but so far nobody, not the brokers, nor the bankers, nor the police, nor the councillors, have contested our reports in any way, and while we are eager to put facts on the record, they have shown absolutely no interest in challenging our evidence in a court of law.
